Recently, the project to explore hidden disaster-causing factors at Guoneng Dapingtan Coal Mine, undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, successfully passed the acceptance inspection by Ningxia Coal Industry Group and was highly recognized, marking the project's successful conclusion.
The geological conditions of Dapingtan Coal Mine are complex, with numerous hidden disaster-causing factors and significant exploration difficulties. In response to the main geological risks faced during mine construction, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute integrated the strengths of multiple specialties, including hydrogeology, seismic exploration, electrical prospecting, coalfield geology, and transparent geology. A systematic, integrated exploration was conducted by comprehensively applying a range of technical methods. The smooth implementation of the project has thoroughly identified the main hidden disaster-causing factors in the Dapingtan mining area, providing a solid and reliable geological basis for mine disaster prevention and control as well as safe construction.
As a key project, the Hidden Disaster Exploration Project of Dapingtan Coal Mine has successfully leveraged the integrated service advantages of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, which incorporates multiple specialties. Since the project was launched in September 2024, facing various challenges such as a tight schedule, heavy tasks, numerous technical difficulties, and a harsh on-site construction environment, the project team has always adhered to the collaborative working mechanism of "professional complementarity, information sharing, scientific decision-making, clear rights and responsibilities, and clear goals". They have advanced various tasks efficiently, significantly enhanced the ability and efficiency of multi-professional collaborative operations under complex conditions, and ensured the project's high-quality delivery on schedule.
