On July 13, Dong Shuning, chairman and party secretary of Xi'an Research Institute, at the invitation of Shanxi Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, went to Shaoyang, Shanxi Province, to give a lecture entitled "Revision background and interpretation of water control rules for coal mine prevention and control" and "Explanation of the main points of supervision and enforcement of water pollution prevention and control in coal mines" to the chief engineer of the major coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, the chief engineer in charge of water control, the head of the water prevention and control agency and the safety technician.
The Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Water in Coal Mines were issued by the State Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Dong Shuning, as the deputy head of the group of experts on the revision of the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Water in Coal Mines, participated in the revision work throughout. During the course of teaching, Dong Shuming systematically explained the background and preparation process of the introduction of the "Water Control Rules for Coal Mine", and made a targeted interpretation and guidance on the provisions of the regulations in the light of the new technologies, new equipment and typical flood accident cases of coal mine prevention and control of water.
At the same time, Dong Shuning interpreted the "Key Points of Coal Mine Water Hazard Prevention Supervision and Law Enforcement (2020 Edition)" issued by the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety Supervision on May 26, and suggested that all coal mining enterprises should conduct their own actions in accordance with the "Key Points of Coal Mine Water Hazard Prevention Supervision, Supervision and Law Enforcement". Check self-correction, practically rectify hidden dangers, effectively prevent various water hazards from occurring, and ensure mine production safety.
