Recently, the Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province issued the notice of the provincial science and technology plan project in 2024 (the first batch), and the science and technology resource open sharing platform project "Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Platform of Explosive Environment Equipment Explosion-Proof Performance" declared by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Technology Testing Co., Ltd. was approved.
The project is the first provincial and ministerial scientific research project approved after the corporate operation of the testing company. It aims to develop the explosion-proof performance testing platform for casting and increased safety equipment, optimize and upgrade the testing platform for essential safety and flameproof equipment, by carrying out the explosion-proof performance testing of equipment used in Class I coal mine gas environment, Class II combustible gas environment and Class III dust environment. Finally form a means of comprehensive evaluation of explosion-proof performance, and better serve coal mine, petrochemical and other energy production enterprises and explosion-proof equipment manufacturing enterprises.
As the only explosion-proof testing and inspection institution in the five provinces of Northwest China, the testing company has always adhered to the development idea of "improving internal strength and expanding the item to break into the market", adhered to the innovation-driven development strategy, and planned and developed the testing quality together with scientific and technological innovation and standard formulation. In 2023, the company has passed the acceptance of 4 scientific research projects, approved 4 various scientific research projects, issued 4 mine safety industry standards, and obtained 2 national CMA qualifications such as authorized flameproof electrical equipment, 26 safety production testing and inspection qualifications, and 2 safety product testing and inspection qualifications. Effectively promote the annual safety inspection tasks increased by 735.5%, social commissioning inspection tasks increased by 680%, providing strong support and guarantee for the improvement of inspection quality and high-quality development of the company.
