On April 2nd, the group company, Renmin District People's Government of Jining City, and China Coal Science and Technology Xinrong Technology Innovation Development Co., Ltd. organized a review meeting in Beijing, including nine Chinese domestic engineering institutes Peng Suping and national survey and design master Xu Yangqing. The expert group composed of coal subsidence treatment experts reviewed the "Reconnaissance Report" and the "Preliminary Design of Gob Area Treatment Project" undertaken by Xi'an Research Institute.
During the meeting, Liu Xiaoping, the chief engineer of Jining Project, gave a detailed report on the project survey results and governance engineering design. Afterwards, experts discussed that Xi'an Research Institute first introduced VSP technology and corresponding inversion methods based on conventional survey methods, and calculated the void characteristics and related quantitative parameters of mining rock mass, reaching the international advanced level.
After reviewing and inquiring, the expert group unanimously agreed that the “Survey Report” and the “Preliminary Design of Gob Area Governance Project” completed the task of designing the plan and task book and successfully passed the review.
