Taking full advantage of key technology of special stratum and unique drilling technique, and using its own R&D high-ranking drill rigs combined with introduced high-end equipment, Xi’an Research Institute exploits actively the business such as drilling engineering for CBM development, water hazard prevention and control, underground gas extraction, geological anomaly detection, water detection and drainage. In addition, with the drilling technique and technology of surface butted wells and horizontal wells, permeability-enhancing technology such as staged fracturing and jet flow, the Institute conducts abroad EPC of directional drilling engineering for surface CBM extraction.
