In order to carry out the "Quality Month" activities, implement the overall development idea of "1245" of the Group Company, and combine with the "100-day Safety Production Battle" activities of the manufacturing center, on the afternoon of September 24th, the manufacturing center held the signing ceremony of the quality responsibility Certificate in the high-tech West courtyard. Vice General Manager Hu Weiyue, Director of Production Technology Wang Xin and Vice Director Li Zongkui were invited to attend. More than 50 people attended the meeting, including members of the manufacturing center team, heads of secondary departments, team leaders and quality inspectors.
At the meeting, Wang Chuanliu, deputy director of the manufacturing center, introduced the activity plan of "Quality Month", summarized the quality management work in the previous stage, arranged and deployed the quality work in the next stage, and Dong Mengmeng, deputy director of the manufacturing center, interpreted the content of the quality responsibility book. Subsequently, Tian Dongzhuang, director of the manufacturing center, signed the quality responsibility letter with the representative of the head of the second-level Department on the spot.
Director Tian Dongzhuang emphasized the importance of "Quality Month" activity and asked all departments of the center to do a good job in every aspect of quality month activity. He also put forward three requirements. First, to cultivate quality consciousness and quality culture, and to require every worker to realize ideologically the importance of quality in enterprise life. Second, to implement quality. Responsibility, strengthen process control, strengthen responsibility and execution from the aspects of "people, machine, material, law and environment". Third, carry forward the spirit of craftsmen, continuously improve quality, and strive for excellence in work, so as to achieve prevention in advance, control in the process and analysis afterwards.
Finally, Vice General Manager Hu Weiyue affirmed the quality management work of the manufacturing center in 2019 in his summary speech. At the same time, he put forward three requirements for the work of the manufacturing center: first, to give full play to the product quality and technological advantages and seize the market; second, to cooperate with the key work of the hospital in three aspects: comprehensive budget, information technology and lean production. Thirdly, under the circumstances of tight production tasks and heavy work tasks, we should do a good job in safety production.
After the signing ceremony, the head of each second-level department and the team leader signed the quality responsibility letter with the staff and workers of their respective departments step by step.
