Recently, the "Research and Demonstration Project of Transparent Geological Security System in Wuhai Mining Area" undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the expert acceptance organized by CHN ENERGY Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd. The project is the first multi-attribute and multi-discipline collaborative transparent geological security system with international leading level. Before acceptance, the system has been running stably in Wuhai Energy for 8 months.
The system has a three-level geological support system of "mining area-mine-working face", and develops functions such as coal mine geological survey, water control, gas geological fire prevention and extinguishing, dynamic reserve management, geological prediction and transparent mining, tunneling, etc. It can carry out 3D geological modeling technology research under complex geological conditions to accurately and intuitively express the structural position, shape and extension characteristics of coal mine faults. The transparent geological support system functions can be designed and developed based on the actual needs of coal mine production, supporting different scenario applications such as intelligent mining, intelligent tunneling, disaster early warning, 3D reserve management, etc., forming a new platform-based, standardized and process-oriented operation mode and new idea of "mine geology-transparent geological support system-excavation and production".
The project deeply integrates the traditional geological survey work mode with the coal mine geology transparent guarantee technology system, realizing the structural change of geological survey and tunneling technology. It is a new trend in the technological development of the world's underground coal industry and also represents the cutting-edge technical system for geological guarantee of coal mining enterprises. It is of great demonstration significance to promote the construction of transparent geological security system for intelligent coal mining.
