Xi’an Research Institute and Shanxi Lanhua Sci-tech Venture Co.,Ltd. (Briefly as Lanhua Sci-tech) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on November 9. Zhen Enci, Chairman of Lanhua Sci-tech, Dong Shuning, Chairman of Xi’an Research Institute, Ye Genfei, General Manager of Xi’an Research Institute and related officials of the both sides have attended the signing ceremony.
Dong Shuning and Zhen Enci delivered speeches and signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties respectively during the ceremony. Based on the agreement, the both sides will deepen cooperation further in drilling technology and equipment, coalmine water hazard prevention and control, exploration and development for coal and CBM (gas), comprehensive prevention and control for coal gas and geophysical prospecting, and will boost their sustainable, healthy and rapid development to create win-win cooperation.
The visitors also visited manufacturing shop of drilling equipment, geophysical instrument hall and the exhibition hall of Xi’an Research Institute accompanied by Ye Genfei before the signing ceremony.
