The Technology And Equipment for Well-ground Collaborative Advanced Regional Control of Coal Mine Geological Hazards Developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Have Been Successfully Applied in The H

Publish Time: 2025-11-25     Origin: Site

Recently, the application effect of the well-grounded coordinated advanced regional governance technology developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute has been unanimously recognized by the Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department, the Shaanxi Bureau of the National Mine Safety Administration, and the application units. Some of the achievements have been appraised by experts organized by the China National Coal Association and have reached an international leading level.

The well-ground collaborative advanced regional control technology fully leverages the advantages of unrestricted ground space, high equipment capacity, safe operation, and the flexibility of underground roadway layout. It proposes a process technology that combines large-displacement, high-pressure, high-sand-ratio pumping on the ground with staged fracturing through underground, directionally drilled, long-boreholes. This effectively addresses the issues of high cost and limited fracturing range in single ground-based or underground fracturing, enabling efficient advanced large-scale regional control of geological hazards such as coal mine gas (oil-type gas) and rock bursts.

In the well-ground joint multi-hazard collaborative control project at the Linyou Mining Area of the Huanglong Coalfield, the drilling depth reached 815 meters, with 12 fracturing stages per borehole. The fracturing operation displacement exceeded five cubic meters per minute, the fracturing fluid volume per stage exceeded 500 cubic meters, and the cumulative fluid injection volume per borehole exceeded 6,000 cubic meters, achieving excellent engineering results.

In the project of high-efficiency regional gas extraction via staged sand fracturing in roof-comb-shaped long boreholes at the Binchang Mining Area of the Huanglong Coalfield, the gas extraction volume from fractured boreholes ranged from 2,016 to 6,400 cubic meters per day, with gas concentrations of 60% to 80%. Compared with non-fractured boreholes, the gas extraction volume from fractured boreholes increased by more than 20 times.

In the project of efficient regional extraction of gas (oil-type gas) via "exploration-extraction" collaboration with staged hydraulic fracturing at the Huangling Mining Area of the Huanglong Coalfield, the gas (oil-type gas) extraction volume per borehole reached 4,608 cubic meters per day, with a cumulative extraction volume per borehole hitting 1.22 million cubic meters. After adopting this technology, the number of drilling site excavations decreased by 50%, drilling engineering volume decreased by 40%, and roadway excavation speed increased by 20%. Additionally, the pressure-maintaining sealed coring depth of gas (oil-type gas) reached 721 meters, realizing accurate detection and evaluation of coalbed methane (gas) extraction effects.
