Recently, at the request of the Zunyi Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute held a one-week training course on the census of concealed disaster-causing factors and water disaster prevention for non-coal mines at the Training Center on its Yanta Campus. A total of 50 participants attended the training, including safety supervision cadres of non-coal mines in Zunyi City and relevant principals from some underground non-coal mining enterprises and open-pit mining enterprises with high and steep slopes.
This training focused on the actual work-safety needs of non-coal mines in Zunyi City, aiming to comprehensively enhance their risk prevention and control capabilities and the disaster prevention and management technology level in this region. CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute carefully assembled a teaching team of experts from multiple professional fields, including hydrogeology, geology, geophysical exploration, and drilling. Drawing on the CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute's long-term scientific research and engineering practice experience in non-coal mine safety, the team prepared highly targeted courses. The training was delivered in a "theory + case studies" format, with a focus on explaining innovative achievements and practical technical solutions, including the census of concealed disaster-causing factors in non-coal mines, water disaster prevention technology, roof and rock burst prevention, intelligent drilling, and geophysical exploration, helping trainees gain an in-depth understanding of technical principles and application logic.
