Recently, CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute has been fully advancing multiple fire prevention and extinguishing projects and emergency rescue tasks. Despite harsh winter weather and complex underground conditions, the project team, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, built a solid technical and engineering defense line to ensure safe coal mine production during the critical year‑end and year‑beginning period.
At Hanjiawan Coal Co., Ltd. of Shaanxi Northern Shaanxi Mining, the fire prevention and extinguishing project undertaken by the team was characterized by a tight schedule and heavy workload. Upon receiving the commission, the team completed the standardized construction site setup to high standards in just 15 days. Through the scientific coordination of personnel, machinery, and materials, and the optimization of construction processes, the first-phase output value target was achieved in only one month. All indicators related to engineering quality, progress, and safety were highly recognized by the client, laying a solid foundation for the mine’s subsequent long-term safe production and disaster prevention and control.
In an emergency fire prevention and extinguishing project at a coal mine in Daliuta, the project team faced severe challenges posed by complex underground conditions and an extremely tight emergency response timeframe. By assessing fire-zone risks, deploying key personnel, and implementing 24-hour rotating shifts, the team achieved significant phased control results within one week and promptly contained potential fire hazards. Before New Year’s Day, the mine’s safety risks were successfully minimized, demonstrating the team’s outstanding emergency response and on‑site disposal capabilities.
