Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to form holes in the crushed soft coal seams underground with medium-pressure drilling under medium pressure, and it is difficult to form holes in directional drilling with hydraulic screw drilling tools, we independently innovated and developed pneumatic directional drilling technology and equipment for crushed soft coal seams, and used pneumatic screw drilling tools to drill holes. The bottom power drilling tool is equipped with a measurement-while-drilling system for directional drilling so that the gas drainage borehole extends along the soft coal seam. After the hole is drilled, the screen hole completion technology is used to install the screen tube in the entire hole section. This technology uses an underground explosion-proof air compressor or nitrogen generator to provide a power source and uses the generated compressed gas to drive the pneumatic screw drilling tool to rotate for drilling and slag removal.

The screen tube completion technology and equipment for underground coal mine gas drainage holes is a complete set of technology and equipment developed for drilling gas drainage holes in soft coal seams in underground coal mines, protecting the holes after hole formation, and improving the gas drainage rate. 6. Hard rock high-efficiency hole-forming technology and equipment
