This plan is based on the principles of new heat pipe exhaust air waste heat utilization technology and medium-deep underground heat exchange technology, combined with the available heat source conditions in the mining area, to "turn the exhaust air, water inrush, air compressor and other waste heat and low-concentration gas resources in the mine into "Waste into treasure", multi-energy coupling of geothermal energy (shallow/medium-deep), solar energy (photovoltaic/photothermal), air energy and energy storage, forming a "storage battery" through flexible adjustment and overall scheduling, creating a multi-energy complementary. The green and low-carbon comprehensive energy supply system realizes the four joint supplies of heat, cold, water, and electricity in the mining area, meets the mine's safety, stability, energy saving, low carbon, and efficient energy consumption needs, and is suitable for mine shaft anti-freeze, construction various scenarios such as heating and cooling, hot water supply for bathing, etc. provide a new energy-saving and environmental protection guide for green and low-carbon energy supply in mines.
At the same time, in response to the heat damage problems faced by deep mining in mines, this program developed a more energy-saving and efficient set of underground cooling technology and equipment based on existing mechanical cooling technology, which improved the underground operating environment and increased mine production efficiency.
At present, this solution has been successfully applied in some factories of Qipanjing Coal Mine, providing new guidelines for green, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy supply "carbon" in mines, and helping to build a modern energy economic system with complementary multi-energy.
