On May 12, Zhang Zhenping, a senior lecturer and senior management consultant from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., was invited by CCTEG XI'AN Research Institute to conduct integrated product development (IPD) training for employees. Dong shuning, chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, Yao Ningping, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, Zhou chongjun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the labor union, He Wenxin and Liu Cheng, deputy general managers, attended the training meeting, information construction personnel of Changzhou Research Institute, Taiyuan Research Institute, Tianma company and other brother units, and relevant executives of functional departments and product R & D and production departments of Xi'an Research Institute in total More than 90 people attended the training. The meeting was chaired by Liu Cheng.
With the theme of "Integrated product development practice for commercial success", Zhang Zhenping focused on "what is the integrated product development system", "how to implement the integrated product development management concept", "IPD change implementation and sustainable development optimization"，he analyzed the specific practices of Huawei IPD reform in product portfolio management, customer demand management, structured process management, project pipeline management, development team and organization management, and answered questions on the information ization of participants.
This training further deepens the overall understanding of IPD system by the relevant management personnel of Xi'an Research Institute, provideing a new concept cognition, complete theoretical system and practical experience for xi'an Research Institute's strategic planning, talent management, product development and operation management and information construction.
