Recently, intelligent detection technology and equipment for underground mining working faces independently developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, were exhibited at the 2nd China (Xi'an) International Mining Equipment and Technology Exhibition. This technology provides intelligent mining for coal mines, equipping with a pair of "clairvoyance"!
CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute's mining-and-excavation detection technology is based on the concept of mining/exploring while mining. It uses the vibration of the shearer and tunnel boring machine cutting the coal wall as the source of the earthquake to realize the static geological structure within 200 meters ahead, real-time advanced detection of dynamic stress changes, with the advantages of safety, green, low cost, synchronized exploration/excavation, "long exposure" high precision, and real-time acquisition and processing. It is completely different from conventional seismic detection in aspects such as acquisition and transmission equipment, wave propagation mechanism, and signal processing methods. It realizes the leapfrog development from static detection to dynamic monitoring of mine earthquakes, effectively solves the contradiction between coal mine exploration and mining imbalance, and simultaneously meets the requirements of the construction needs of intelligent geological support system for coal mines.
In the future, this technology will surely become a safety guard to ensure the safe, efficient, and intelligent mining of coal mines, and will provide strong support for the intelligent construction of my country's coal mines.
