On the morning of April 28, CCTEG XI'AN Research Institute’s intelligent drilling equipment and CBM development industrial base renewal project participated in the Xi'an High-tech Zone series of industrial projects concentrated start ceremony, the ceremony was held at the Tiancheng biological project site.

The construction project of Xi'an Research Institute's intelligent drilling equipment and coal bed methane development industrial base is located at 199 West Avenue, Xi'an High-tech Zone, covering an area of about 190 acres, construction area of about 106,218 square meters, With a total investment of 703 million yuan, it will mainly build a comprehensive building, an intelligent assembly workshop for drilling rigs, a workshop and a joint station. the project will be completed after the formation of an annual output of 1500 intelligent mining pit drilling rigs, 20 multi-functional vehicle drilling rigs, 300,000 drill pipes, 500 sets of geophysical exploration instruments, 100 mining equipment mechanical and electrical production capacity.
The opening ceremony marked the beginning of a new journey of intelligent manufacturing by Xi'an Research Institute. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will further improve the level of intelligent manufacturing of drilling equipment, improve product quality and market competitiveness, promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, which also help the high-quality development of Xi'an Research Institute, safeguarding the safe production of coal mines.
