Recently, the 2024 China Guizhou International Energy Industry Expo and Trade Fair was grandly opened at the Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center. CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute brought a number of independently developed advanced equipment to the exhibition area.
At the exhibition, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute displayed its new technologies, processes and equipment in recent years through physical displays, sandbox simulations, video broadcasts and technical exchanges. Representatives from large coal enterprises and non-coal mining enterprises in the southwest region, such as Guizhou Energy Group, came to the exhibition.
Highlight 1: Intelligent drilling equipment
The ZDY6500LFK crawler-type fully hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for coal mines displayed at this exhibition can automatically adapt to drilling with one click. It has a large-capacity rod bin with 200 rods, three control methods, a mobile phone control program, ultra-long battery life, an early warning system, an audible and visual alarm system, a gas over-limit power-off system and other functions. It is suitable for fully automatic construction of various drilling operations such as hard roof fracturing, water exploration and drainage, and geological structure detection.
Highlight 2: Customized drilling rigs
The ZDY6500LD narrow-body directional drilling rig is specially designed and developed for the small-scale coal mines and narrow tunnels. It can not only meet the requirements of drilling rig size, but also meet the needs of high-position directional drilling construction on the roof.
Highlight 3: Long excavation and long exploration
The "Long Excavation and Long Exploration" technology is to conduct transient electromagnetic, radar and natural gamma detection in long boreholes in coal mines. It can solve the problems of hydrology, geology and lithology interface around the borehole at one time. Through the application of "Long Excavation and Long Exploration" technology and equipment, the purpose of "one hole for multiple uses" can be achieved. While solving the problem of advanced geological prediction, it can improve the utilization rate of the borehole and save a lot of manpower and material resources.
Highlight 4: Gas extraction achieves efficient coordination
The technology of coordinated extraction and utilization of coalbed methane (gas) in coal mining areas can achieve efficient gas extraction and effectively solve the contradiction between mining and excavation, laying a solid foundation for safe production in mines.

In view of the complex structure and high gas content of the mining areas, seismic monitoring along with mining or excavation has the characteristics of real-time monitoring and processing and high detection accuracy, which can solve the problem of unclear structural exploration of the working face during mining production.
