From May 5th to 6th, Shaanxi Bureau of State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and Guizhou Bureau of State Mine Safety Supervision launched the 2022 special inspection campaign for major mine disaster risks. CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute undertakes the consultation work of coal mine safety experts affiliated to the two provinces.
On May 5, Shaanxi Bureau of the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau held a kick-off meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Zhang (Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Shaanxi Bureau. Pingding Chen(Chief Engineer of Party Group of the Shaanxi Bureau), attended the meeting. And Ningping Yao (General Manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute), Yadong Ji(Deputy General Manager) and other experts were invited to attend.
On May 6th, Guizhou Bureau of State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau, and Guizhou Provincial Emergency Department jointly held the kick-off meeting of the province's mine water prevention and control special action. The meeting was chaired by Shaohui Wang (Director of Guizhou Bureau). Jiuli Zhao(Deputy Director of Guizhou Bureau), Biyan Liu(Deputy Director of Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau) and Xiaodong Sun (Deputy Director of Guizhou Provincial Emergency Department) attended the meeting. Wenxin He (Deputy General Manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute), and other experts were invited to attend.
At the kick-off meeting, Wei Zhang and Shaohui Wang explained the consultation work. Ningping Yao and Wenxin He expressed their gratitude to the Shaanxi Bureau and Guizhou Bureau for their high trust in CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute. CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute attaches great importance to the consultation work, and has recruited personnel with high political quality, strong business ability, on-site experience, and solid professional skills from various departments to form an expert team. In the next step, the expert team of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute will focus on the prevention and control of the three major disasters of water, gas and rockburst, as well as mine water hazards and water/sand inrush disasters. In the first phase of systematic consultation, expert consultation on water hazard prevention and control was carried out for 40 coal mines under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province. At the consultation site, through a series of rigorous consultation procedures such as listening to reports, on-site inspections, special seminars, and comprehensive discussions, the company will accurately diagnose the "spots" of enterprise safety, and propose targeted treatment measures or suggestions based on regional geological characteristics and existing problems in coal mine enterprises. The work will provides regulatory basis for Shaanxi Bureau and Guizhou Bureau, and provides technical guidance and services for coal mining enterprises.
