On June 26th, the "Thirteen Five-Year National Key R&D Program Project Technical Achievements" and the "Medium Safety and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Planning Discussion and Technology Forecast" in the Public Safety Field were held in Xijiao Hotel, Beijing. The conference was chaired by Academician Yuan Liang, the research team leader of the Safety Production Sub-area. The 21st Century Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Coal Science and Technology Group, China National Offshore Oil (China) Co., Ltd., China University of Mining and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) and other related enterprises and universities Representatives from research institutes attended the meeting.
Dong Shuning, chairman of the Xi’an Research Institute and secretary of the party committee, attended the meeting. He introduced the phased nature of the 13th Five-Year Plan key research and development plan Study on the rapid identification of mine water inrush and key technologies for flood prevention and control undertaken by Xi’an Research Institute. The research results were discussed with the participants in the medium and long-term science and technology development plan of the mine safety group in the field of public safety.
Wang Wei, director of the Xi'an Research Institute of Water Engineering R&D, and Zhao Chunhu and Dr. Guo Xiaoming from the 13th Five-Year Project Management Office also attended the meeting.
