From April 18th to 19th, the State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group Office held a special training course on “Double Hundred Actions” for the reform of state-owned enterprises in Dalian, Liaoning Province (the third phase of the “Double Hundred Lecture Hall”). Dong Shuning, chairman of the Xi'an Research Institute and secretary of the party committee, and other responsible comrades of the central enterprises, local SASACs and their affiliated “Double Hundred Enterprises” in the northern part of the “Double Hundred Actions” participated in the training.
During the two-day training, five central enterprises, CITIC Securities and members of the “Double Hundred Actions” expert group focused on integrating party leadership into corporate governance, three institutional reforms, professional manager systems, and market-based incentive and restraint mechanisms. The exploration and practice of enterprises are explained in detail in the aspects of mixed ownership reform, listing guidance and capital operation. Ji Xiaogang, deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, made a summary of the mobilization and training.
This is the third special training course for the “Double Hundred Actions” of state-owned enterprise reform organized by the State Council’s State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group Office. Compared with the previous two training sessions, which focused on policy interpretation, the training is more focused on the sharing of experience cases. Closer to corporate practice, more targeted, accurate and effective.
