On June 28, the "Coal Mining Safety Technical Seminar of Fugu County", hosted by the Fugu County Energy Bureau and undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute was held in Fugu County. Fugu County Energy Bureau Party Secretary and Director Wang Yuping, Deputy Director Gao Jidong, Chief Engineer Wang Yanyan, Deputy General Manager of CCTE Xi'an Research Institute Wang Hao, and Chief Engineer Cheng Jianyuan attended the meeting.
In the meeting, Wang Yuping thanked CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute for providing the opportunity for technical exchange and careful preparation for this seminar for coal safety production in Fugu County. He introduced the basic situation of Fugu Coal Mine, and hoped that in the next step, coal enterprises in Fugu will strengthen exchanges and cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Wang Hao thanked the Fugu Energy Bureau for its trust and support to CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, and introduced CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute’s advantages in comprehensive geological assurance. He hoped that through this seminar, the geological guarantee ability and technical level of the safe and efficient mining of Fugu Coal Mine can be further improved. CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute will provide strong support for the safe, green and intelligent development of coal mines in Fugu mining area. He believes that we will work together to write a grand blueprint for the high-quality development of Fugu Coal's "14th Five-Year Plan".
In view of the problems existing in the coal mining safety in Fugu Country, seven experts from CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute gave special reports. The content of the report covers the key technologies and applications of water hazard prevention and control in coal mines, coal mineral exploration technologies and applications, solutions to the census and control of hidden disaster-causing factors in Fugu Coal Mine - key technologies for prevention of large-area overhanging roofs, coal mine goaf spontaneous combustion and coal gangue comprehensive disposal technology of spontaneous combustion, new progress of coal mine drilling technology, one-stop environmental protection service for the whole life cycle of coal mine, etc.
More than 90 people including heads of regional stations of Fugu Energy Bureau, managers and chief engineers of 51 coal mines in Fugu Country, and heads of relevant functional departments, institutes (centers) and experts of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute attended the seminar. The meeting was a complete success with the joint efforts of many parties, which effectively promoted the further cooperation between CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute and the coal enterprises in the Fugu mining area.
