On December 6th, Ma Gang, deputy general manager of Shanghai Research Institute of China Coal Science and Technology, and a group of 6 people came to Xi'an Research Institute to investigate intelligent manufacturing, production management, and safety management. And the relevant personnel of the manufacturing center participated in the discussion and exchange.
At the symposium, the two parties separately introduced their respective work progress in intelligent manufacturing, lean production and other jobs. They shared the experience and good practices in production safety, 6S management work, and how to achieve production and sales linkage under the customized market demand model , Quick response and reduction of work in process inventory and other issues of common concern were fully exchanged.
During the investigation, Deputy General Manager Ma Gang and his party also visited the comprehensive exhibition hall and drilling equipment production workshop of Xi'an Research Institute.
