Recently, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China posted notice. Coal Mine Underground Directional Drilling Equipment
The selected "coal mine underground directional driliing equipment" is a full hydraulic crawler directional drilling rig developed by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute. The R&D of the series drilling rigs realized the leap from "uncontrolled drilling" to "precision directional drilling" in coal mine underground drilling, filled the gap in the domestic industry, and led the development of directional drilling industry in China's coal industry.
After 15 years of continuous research, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute formed directional drilling equipment and supporting products represented by ZDY12000LD and ZDY1500LD. The drilling rig equipment has refreshed the world record of directional drilling depth in coal mine for three consecutive times, with the maximum drilling depth of 3353m. This series of drilling rig equipment has formed 81 patents, 4 industry standards, won 1 second prize of national science and technology progress award, 6 first prizes at provincial and ministerial levels and many other honors. Relevant achievements have been widely used in the fields of mine gas drainage, flood prevention, roof disaster prevention and hidden geological disaster exploration. More than 400 sets have been applied in more than 40 mining areas across the country. The drilling footage of 3.37 million meters in coal seams and 1.9 million meters in rock strata has accumulated.
