CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute demonstrated the training system of "virtual assembly of underground crawler drilling rig" and "virtual interactive operation of underground crawler drilling rig" in 19th Taiyuan Coal Industrial Technology and Equipment Exhibition for the first time. The system builds the simulation model of drilling rig through 3D animation simulation technology, realizes the high immersion feeling of rig assembly or operation, and shows the actual assembly process and operation process of underground crawler drilling rig (hereinafter referred to as drilling rig). Virtual assembly system simulates the assembly process of the drilling rig in the production workshop. Virtual interactive operating system simulates the actual drilling operation process of the drilling rig in the coal mine underground drilling field. It can be connected with the virtual reality equipment for real-time interactive simulation, reflecting the deep integration of virtual reality technology and manufacturing industry. The VR (virtual reality) technology display attracted many audiences. They experienced the actual drilling process immersively by wearing VR glasses and operating handle in real-time interaction.
