Recently, organized by Drilling Technology Research Institute, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute 2021 drilling workers skills competition was successfully held.
The competition is divided into theory and practical operation. A total of 55 employees from Drilling Technology Research Institute, Drilling Equipment and technology R&D Center, Product Marketing Center and Well Drilling Technology Research Institute participated the competition. In order to ensure the smooth progress and fairness of the competition, the Labor Union took the lead and set up the competition leading group, the supervision group, the proposition group, the judgment group and the competition affairs group. With the support of Logistics Center, Drilling Equipment Manufacturing Center and other departments, Drilling Technology Research Institute actively organized the site preparation, equipment coordination and debugging in the early stage of the theoretical and practical operation competition.
After the theoretical examination, 18 contestants were successfully promoted to the practical competition. In September 26th, the practical operation competition of directional drilling track design and control, mud pulse while drilling measurement system assembly and electric control drilling rig operation was carried out in workshop No. 1 and No.5. Le Fengdan, vice chairman of Shaanxi Energy Chemical Geology Union, accompanied by Chen Jian, vice chairman of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Labor Union, came to the actual operation site to observe and guide. The competition process is tense, intense and orderly. The competitors are full of spirit, dressed neatly, abide by the discipline of the competition field, and the instructions of the judges. They give full play to their skills in the best state and show the spirit of competition and cooperation under tacit cooperation.
The purpose of this skills competition is to encourage employees to learn technology and refine their skills, further improve the level of coal mine drilling technology and business, and deeply implement the customer-centric service concept.
