Recently, Li Quanxin, deputy director of the Drilling R&D Center, won the 2021 China Quality Association Quality Technology Award Individual Award. Only 10 people from different industries in China have won this honor.
"China Quality Association Quality Technology Award" is an award established with the approval of the National Science and Technology Award Work Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The award is evaluated annually, aiming to recognize units or individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the field of quality technology, so as to promote the progress of my country's quality technology and improve my country's overall quality management level, innovation ability and competitiveness.
Comrade Li Quanxin has been committed to the research and development, promotion and application and technical management of underground tunnel drilling technology and equipment in coal mines. He has achieved a number of innovative research results in the areas of MWD, directional drilling, complex coal formation, and intelligent drilling in coal mines. His research provides technical and equipment support for the safe and efficient mining of coal mines. He presided over and participated in more than 20 major national science and technology projects, national key research and development plans, and national development and Reform Commission scientific and technological research projects. He has obtained 44 authorized invention patents and published 58 scientific papers, of which 10 are included in SCI/EI. He participated in the compilation of 4 industry standards and 6 monographs, and won more than 20 scientific and technological awards, including 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and 16 provincial and ministerial awards.
