Field tests were carried out in 12393 centralized return roadway of a mine of Sichuan Coal Group. The lithology of this formation is mainly fine sandstone, coarse sandstone with gravel and coarse sandstone. The lithology is broken and the robustness coefficient is about 10, which puts forward higher requirements for wear resistance and impact toughness of drill bit. Through the test, a single graphene bit can reach 393.5 meters of life, while the cutter wear is slight, the average service life is 1.5 times that of the conventional arc Angle bit, which has been highly recognized by the mine.
