Centering on the group's "intelligent manufacturing 2025 development plan", Xi'an Research Institute takes the "11243" strategy as the goal to accelerate the construction of intelligent manufacturing platform and promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing. Efforts have been made to build an intelligent factory for drilling equipment. Seven intelligent units have been built, including flexible assembly line for core parts of drilling rig, intelligent welding workstation for spiral drill pipe and unmanned workstation for intelligent friction welding. The production efficiency has been greatly improved.
