On March 3rd, the Department of Geophysical Prospecting Technology and Equipment Engineering of the Coal Industry was appraised excellent in the first assessment of Coal Industry Association. The center was identified by the China Coal Industry Association as one of the first 22 coal industry engineering research centers, and it was also one of the eight research centers that were evaluated as "excellent" in this assessment.
The Geophysical Prospecting Technology and Equipment Engineering Research Department focuses on the needs of mine geological support technology and equipment in the safe and efficient green intelligent mining of coal mines. It focuses on mine geophysical exploration technology and equipment and the development of underground wave trench earthquakes and hole-lane transient electromagnetics. Research on technologies and equipment such as wireless electromagnetic wave tilt measurement while drilling, three-dimensional microseismic monitoring, and apparent resistivity monitoring. Among them, the research of underground coal mine underground mining, mining while drilling, and intelligent detection while drilling has led the future of coal mine intelligent and precise mining geological support technology development.
Under the guidance of the Coal Industry Association and the Xi'an Research Institute, the "geological exploration technology and equipment" engineering research center of the coal industry has formed a stable research and development direction. And it has become an engineering technology research center with outstanding advantages in the geophysical exploration technology and equipment in the field of the domestic and foreign coal industry.
