"Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Sustainable Development of Underground Pipe Heat Exchange in Guanzhong Basin", the key research and development project of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, is among them.
In this geothermal energy development project, CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute invested 30.5 million yuan. The heat transfer model of mid-deep geothermal wells has been used. High thermal conductivity cementing materials, ground temperature dynamic monitoring and other technological breakthroughs have achieved. Geothermal heating in the office area of CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute High-tech Campus was fully covered. The project is listed as the "Shanxi Province 2019 Mid-Deep Geothermal Energy Building Heating Pilot Demonstration Project" and "Xi'an City Clean Heating Demonstration Project in 2020".
