Recently, the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Team of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Manufacturing Company won the 2024 Shaanxi Provincial Energy, Chemical and Geological System Workers Pioneer, and Fang Jun, the team leader of the Science and Technology Innovation Institute's drilling new process technology R&D team, won the 2024 Shaanxi Provincial Energy, Chemical and Geological System Outstanding Team Leader.
The intelligent manufacturing innovation team is an innovative team with outstanding professional skills. In recent years, the team has focused on the forefront of science and technology and the pain points of manufacturing development, and has deeply promoted the digital transformation of drilling equipment manufacturing, and has achieved excellent results in technical research and digital workshop construction. It has independently developed a number of key core technologies for intelligent production, such as phase friction welding closed-loop control and non-contact high-precision measurement, and has built four intelligent production lines and multiple work units, including flexible production lines for drill pipes, joint processing production lines, and spiral milling workstations, and built digital workshops for drilling rigs and drilling tools. It has implemented an intelligent production operation and control platform based on the industrial Internet, completed the construction and integration of six production business information systems such as MOM, data acquisition platform, and tool management, and used data to empower and improve production management efficiency. Team members have been approved for 14 scientific research projects of various types and applied for more than 20 related patents.
Fang Jun is the third-level chief expert of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute and the team leader of the new drilling technology research and development team. He has led the team to engage in scientific research on new coal mine drilling technology, field testing of drilling equipment and engineering demonstration for a long time, and has achieved remarkable results in scientific and technological innovation, technological efficiency improvement, quality improvement, and safe production. He has won the honorary titles of Outstanding Young Talent of CCTEG, the 10th Shaanxi Geological Society Young and Middle-aged Exploration Technology Award, and Advanced Individual of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Xi'an Research Institute. His team has been rated as an excellent team of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute three times and a youth safety production demonstration post of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute once. The research and development results have won 16 provincial and ministerial awards and 6 CCTEG science and technology awards.
