Recently, the 1st Xi'an team building competition hosted by Xi'an Federation of Trade Unions came to an end. CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute's intelligent manufacturing innovation team stood out from 63 participating teams through vivid presentations on key topics such as team building experience, construction methods and achievements, and won the first place (special prize).
The intelligent manufacturing innovation team is a young team full of vigor and courage to innovate. Focusing on the largest drilling equipment manufacturing industrial base in China, they have innovated 12 production process technologies, including friction welding closed-loop control and flexible gripping of drill pipe joints, from production process optimization to intelligent production line construction, from system function development to multi-system data integration, developed and built 4 intelligent production lines and 11 intelligent units, increasing production efficiency by 20.2%, product quality by 23%, and optimizing the proportion of personnel by 13.2%. The team's innovative achievements have won 4 national honors including "Excellent Scenario of Intelligent Manufacturing from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology" and "Typical Case of loT Empowering Industry Development".
