On February 18, Wang Haijun, Party secretary and Chairman of CCTEG Xi’an Research Institute, led a team to the Manufacturing Center, Geothermal Center, Logistics Center, Hydrology Center and Testing Center for investigation and safety inspection of resumption of work and production.
Wang's delegation mainly inspected the operation of drilling equipment intelligent operation center, drill pipe friction welding unmanned workstation and twin system, ground source heat pump, warehouse and laboratory of Logistics Center after the resumption of work and production.
During the investigation of the five departments, Wang pointed out, firstly, we should take the "internal marketization" as an opportunity to promote its own reform, stimulate the vitality of innovation, accelerate the transformation and upgrading, and link the paid services of the infrastructure and Logistics Center with the needs of the manufacturing center within CCTEG-Xi'an in the relationship between the market and users, make the value of products or services provided by each system process of CCTEG-Xi'an Research Institute measured by internal price, and implement paid transaction and settlement, so as to achieve the purpose of encouraging employees, reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Second, we must also practice the transformation of industrial development to the digital economy, the transformation of equipment manufacturing to intelligent services, accelerate the construction of digital production lines and intelligent manufacturing, and continuously improve the data drilling capabilities of intelligent operation centers. The third is to accelerate the development of energy-saving emission reduction, carbon reduction and carbon reduction technologies, promote the development of the geothermal industry, complete the iterative upgrade of the deep well heat exchange development technology, form "geothermal +", and realize the commercialized independent operation mode of the new geothermal industry market. Then, we should focus on combining innovation with mechanism and system, fundamentally improving the management level, enhancing core competitiveness. At last, every departments should work hard to provide more, better and longer-term technical services and intellectual support for the high-quality development of CCTEG-Xi'an.
Wang Haijun demanded that all departments should further strengthen the awareness of epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the plan for resumption of work and production, and do a great job in resumption of work and production in a stable and orderly manner. As the Spring Festival holiday is over, every worker should immediately make an adjustment, take action, be strengthen the sense of hardship and improve the political position, so as to ensure a good start for the work safety of CCTEG-Xi'an in 2022.
After the investigation and inspection, the safety supervision department put forward rectification opinions for the problems found on the site, and required all departments to implement the rectification in strict accordance with the "five decisions" principle of safety production based on problems found in the safety inspection, so as to ensure the progress of safety production work orderly.
