On the afternoon of December 17th, He Wenxin who is the deputy general manager of the Xi'an Research Institute that gave a vivid party lesson to the staff and workers of the Institute of Electricity Law.
Firstly, Deputy General Manager, He Wenxin preached the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Then he conveyed the group company's party committee and the party committee's arrangements for the grass-roots party organizations to learn the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session, and shared their own experience in learning the Fourth Plenary Session Experience. Finally, combined with the characteristics of the electrical method, Deputy General Manager He Wenxin put forward three suggestions and requirements.
Through the party lessons, the staff led by the Electricity Law had a deeper understanding of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. The staff of the Electric Power Law Institute have stated that they must strengthen the study of new knowledge, new theories, and improve their own business capabilities, so as to contribute to the development of the Electric Power Law Institute.
