In 2021, focusing on industrial digitization and digital industrialization, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute has formulated an overall blueprint, held a digital transformation promotion conference, listed the digitalization department and the intelligent manufacturing department, and strengthened top-level design and overall planning. The digital transformation has achieved initial results. The digital workshop for drilling equipment has been preliminarily built. Construction and integration of 8 business systems including OA, ERP, project management, and contract management have been completed to realize a unified portal. Data governance has been carried out to standardize data standards. The integration of industry and finance, the prototype of integrated management and control of industry and finance has been established. A decision-making platform for business data has been built. Cross-integration of digital technology and advantageous industries has been accelerated. The transparent mine holographic visualization platform and the coal mine intelligent geological guarantee system have been promoted and implemented in many mining areas. The cloud platform for mine water hazard prevention and control and remote diagnosis is popularized and applied in Shaanxi Coal Caojiatan Mine and Shendong Company.
