But the water inrush from mine is one of the main disasters in the process of our coal mine production, which is characterized by strong outburst, destructiveness and high casualty rate. In recent years, in the eastern part of North China type coalfield, including Anhui Huaibei, Huainan, Anhui North, Hebei Fengfeng, Xingtai, Shandong Energy, Henan Yongcoal, Shenhuo Group and most other mining areas, with the gradual extension of mining activities to the deep, under the influence of high ground stress, high ore pressure, high water pressure, mining disturbance and deep water conduction structure, Coal mining is subject to the threat of water hazards from aquifers with strong water-rich limestone on the top and bottom floor, coupled with the extremely developed drainage channels such as faults and collapse columns, which is very easy to cause large water inrush accidents in mines, resulting in mine disasters and heavy losses, and seriously affecting the development of national economy and the personal safety of workers. In mining activities, it is found that the conventional and traditional surface and underground treatment means can not eradicate the threat of water damage, and some of the most threatening mines still have catastrophic water inrush accidents caused by strong runoff water structure. Data show that from 2001 to 2014, there were 756 coal mine water inrush accidents, killing 3,834 people and causing direct economic losses of over 100 billion yuan. Mines have run out of coal and have been forced to shut down. Obviously, on the basis of traditional management means, it is urgent to develop new means and new technologies for floor water disaster management, and innovate management concepts and methods. So how to combine the "control" and "prevention" of water disaster, eliminate the hidden danger of water disaster in advance, and achieve advanced regional governance? The team of Zheng Shitian, the "Great craftsman" of the national Energy and chemical geology System of China Coal Science & Engineering Xi 'an Research Institute (Group) Co., LTD., creatively proposed the "Treatment technology for the ground area of major flood in thin limestone" by tackling key theoretical problems, developing drilling technology and innovating grouting technology on the basis of the original surface directional drilling technology. It realizes the overall improvement of drilling bedding rate, drilling efficiency under complex conditions, grouting control precision and effect test means, and provides an efficient, accurate and effective complete set of integrated technology of "inspection, control and test" for the treatment of major water disasters in thin layer limestone of coal seam floor. The main achievements of this innovative technology are as follows: it has developed rapid drilling and accurate drilling technology for strata along the surface, improving drilling efficiency and strata drilling accuracy under complex geological conditions; This paper reveals the grout diffusion mechanism of bedding hole grouting under complex medium conditions, improves the grouting efficiency and effect of thin layer limestone, and realizes the efficient control of water damage of coal seam floor limestone. The integrated inspection technology of "inspection, control and inspection" has been formed to realize the advanced verification of the treatment effect of thin layer limestone in coal seam floor.
Successful research and development of this important result greatly enhances the exploration precision and grouting effect of existing mine water disaster prevention and control, fills the technical blank of the domestic and foreign thin Limestone governance, and innovates the thinking of water disaster prevention of coal seam floor. The successful application of this technology not only changes the passive situation of mine mining and mining being threatened by water disaster, but also basically eliminates the occurrence of water disaster accident in mine floor of our country, and avoids mine closure and well closure in advance, and ensure miners stability for a long period of time. It has realized coal mining with water conservation and green mining, achieved the goal of coordination between water damage prevention and water resources protection, adhered to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection, provided scientific and technical means for achieving the goal of "double carbon", and actively practiced the ecological civilization concept of "Lucian waters and lush mountains are gold and silver mountains".
