On April 3rd, Liu Cheng is the deputy general manager of Xi'an Research Institute. Cheng Jianyuan is the chief engineer and director of the Physical Research Center. And Chai Jianlu is the director of the Science and Technology Development Department. They and other five people went to Jining to carry out research.
Liu Cheng and his party first had a discussion with Zhou Peng, deputy secretary of the Party Group of Rencheng District Natural Resources Bureau and leaders of relevant functional departments of Rencheng District Government. Zhou Peng fully affirmed the achievements of Xi'an Research Institute in the treatment of Rencheng coal mining subsidence area. Liu Cheng introduced the experience and practices of environmental protection and comprehensive management of coal mining areas at home and abroad, and hoped that Xi'an Research Institute and Rencheng District Government will jointly promote the implementation of the relevant experience system in Rencheng District.
Subsequently, Liu Cheng and his party conducted a discussion and exchange with all members of the Jining Project Department. Li Jianwen, executive deputy general manager of Xinke Coal and deputy director of the engineering institute, reported on the Jining project construction progress, follow-up work arrangements, epidemic prevention and control, and safe production. Liu Cheng and his party expressed their affirmation of the work progress and periodic results achieved by the project.
