On July 28-29, the production management and informatization site conference of China Coal Technology and Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CCTEG) was held in drilling equipment industrial base of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute. The achievements in management and informatization work have been highly praised for the exchanges and sharing of experiences of various units. Main problems in current production management and informatization work have been comprehensively analyzed. The key tasks in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period have been arranged and deployed in detail.
During the meeting, 9 units of CCTEG, including Xi'an Research Institute, Information Company, Factoring Company, Tianma Company, Taiyuan Research Institute, Changzhou Research Institute, Coal Research Institute, Chongqing Research Institute and Chongqing Design Institute discussed digital transformation, production management, and informatization. Experiences in construction, commercial factoring, process and intelligent manufacturing, lean management and inventory control were introduced.
At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that all units of CCTEG should further emancipate their minds, strengthen their confidence in reform and development, and ensure that production management and informatization work achieve tangible results. Indeed, high-quality development should be promoted through informatization construction and digital transformation.
During the meeting, the participants visited the Hydrology Laboratory of Xi'an Research Institute, the digital twin system of friction welding unmanned workstation and the industrial base of intelligent drilling equipment. Leaders of Tiandi Technology, heads of the production technology department and information center of the group company, and relevant departments of each unit attended the meeting.
