On the occasion of the "June 1st" International Children's Day and the Dragon Boat Festival, Tian Dongzhuang (secretary and director of Manufacturing Center of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute), and Feng Dahui, deputy secretary and deputy director of of Manufacturing Center), visited Yuanyangchi Village, Gaochuan Town, Xixiang County, Hanzhong City, the counterpart assistance village of CCTEG-Xi'an. Jiang(party secretary of ShiyinGaochuan Town), Liu Xingfu (Mayor of ShiyinGaochuan Town) and other leaders attended the event.
Jiang Shiyin extended a warm welcome and thanked CCTEG-Xi'an for its support and assistance to Yuanyangchi Village. He briefly introduced the general situation and economic development of Gaochuan Town. Wang Anxu introduced the rural revitalization work such as village-run industries, agricultural greenhouses, and aquaculture. Liu Gang(poverty alleviation representative of CCTEG-Xi’an) reported on the progress of the work since he was stationed in the village and the next work plan. Tian Dongzhuang learned in detail about the current situation of extremely poor families in the village and the living and learning conditions of left-behind children, discussed and communicated on the development of new industries and new media marketing. He encouraged Liu Gang to actively make suggestions and contribute to the development of Yuanyangchi Village to help the rural revitalization work..
After the discussion, Tian Dongzhuang and his team presented 20 left-behind children with schoolbags, stationery boxes, watercolor pens and other learning tools, encouraging the children to face difficulties bravely, build confidence in life, study hard, and use knowledge to change their lives.
Tian Dongzhuang and his entourage went to the homes of the recipients together with the cadres in the villages. They visited 3 households to learn about their medical security and major difficulties, and provided them with daily necessities such as rice, flour, oil, etc. They also visited and investigated agricultural greenhouses, village-run tea factories, and soy products processing factories.
