They expressed their gratitude to CCTEG-Xi'an for the outstanding contribution to the rescue of China's mine safety accidents in 2021, and affirmed the professional capabilities of the experts and technicians of CCTEG-Xi'an in the rescue process.
In 2021, CCTEG-Xi'an thoroughly implement the development concept of "people first, life first", and insists on actively fulfilling social responsibilities and doing all-out efforts to rescue mine safety accidents as an important part of enterprise development. In Xinjiang Fengyuan Coal Mine "4·10" water penetration accident, Shaanxi Haojialiang Coal Mine "7·15" water penetration accident, Qinghai Chaidaer Coal Mine "8·14" water penetration accident, Shaanxi Guojiahe "8·21" risk-related accident, Shanxi Xiaoyi, CCTEG-Xi'an bravely took responsibility, overcome difficulties, provided scientific and technological support for the rescue work, and successfully rescued 25 miners out of danger.
On August 14, 2021, a roof collapse accident occurred in the Chaidar coal mine of Xihai Coal Company. After receiving the notification from the State Security Supervision Bureau, CCTEG-Xi'an immediately dispatched three engineers, Huang Xuanming, Ji Zhongkui, and Zhu Kaipeng, to assist the Haibei Plateau at night. They overcome a series of difficulties and challenges in the rescue, such as high cold and hypoxia, severe weather, and difficult rescue. They fought continuously for nearly a month and were fully affirmed by the on-site working group of the Emergency Management Department and the accident on-site headquarters.
In December 2021, CCTEG-Xi'an Research Institute responded quickly to the flooding accident in Xiaoyi Coal Mine, Shanxi Province, and activated the mine flood emergency rescue mechanism overnight. Rescue expert Nan Shenghui and other three employee set off overnight. They overcame difficulties such as the lack of key information in the stolen coal mine and the freezing weather at the rescue site. They worked hard for 44 hours and successfully helped 20 miners escape safely.
In the letter, the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and the National Safety Production Emergency Rescue Center paid tribute to the responsibility and professional ability of the central enterprises and the national mine emergency rescue team of CCTEG-Xi'an in the rescue work, and hoped that the company will continue to support emergency rescue work, strengthen technology research and development, and make greater contributions to the modernization of emergency response and handling capabilities.
