The EPC General Contracting Project of Mine Water and Domestic Sewage Treatment Station in Xizhuo Coal Mine of Shaanxi Shaanxi Coal Chenghe Mining Co., Ltd. includes the mine water treatment station and domestic sewage treatment station in Xizhuo Coal Mine, with a total contract amount of RMB 97.88 million. The mine water treatment capacity is 1500m3/h, including four individual buildings: pretreatment workshop, comprehensive water treatment room, water purification workshop and sludge dewatering room, with a total construction area of 7850.77m2. The mine water adopts the treatment process of "pre-sedimentation regulation → coagulation sedimentation → activated sand filtration → ultrafiltration → reverse osmosis → disinfection → reuse". After being treated, the underground water meets the water quality standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province (DB61/224-2018) and Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coal Industry GB20426-2006. The domestic sewage treatment capacity is 40m3/h, including three single buildings: collecting tank, domestic water treatment tank and auxiliary room, with a total construction area of 393.58m2. The domestic sewage treatment process adopts the treatment process of "grille → collecting well → regulating tank → AAO → coagulation sedimentation → rotary disc filtration → disinfection → reuse", and the treated effluent meets the urban greening standard in Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T18920-2002).
Up to now, the civil works and equipment installation of the Project have been completed, the joint commissioning of the system has been completed, the effluent quality has passed the inspection, and the project has passed the completion acceptance by all levels of quality supervision and construction units and been handed over for operation.
