Recently, No. 2 mine water treatment station of Shaanxi Coal Group Jianzhuang Mining Company, which was undertaken by CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, was completed and put into trial operation. Guanliang Lei (chairman of Jianzhuang Mining), Yingjie Zhang (deputy general manager of Jianzhuang Mining), Zhang Tao (director of Environmental Protection Institute of CCTEGXi'an Research Institute), project managers and relevant personnel of construction units and supervision units attended the launching ceremony.
At the launching ceremony, project manager of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute introduced the implementation of the project in detail. The chief supervising engineer of Shaanxi Jian'an Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. reported the project quality, safety and progress supervision. The leaders of Jianzhuang Mining fully affirmed the project.
The project adopts flocculation sedimentation, sand filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process. Its water treatment scale is 750m3/h. Among them, the pretreated water (100m3/h) is directly supplied to the underground fire water, and the advanced treatment water (150m3/h) is reused for mine production and domestic water. The remaining water is discharged up to the standard. The completion of this project has enabled Jianzhuang Mining to effectively and comprehensively utilize the mine water, thereby reducing the pollution and waste caused by the direct discharge of water resources. The project is of great significance for preventing and controlling the loss of water resources and improving the ecological environment of the mining area.
