A few days ago, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute Drilling Equipment Binchang “5S”store opened in Binzhou City, Shaanxi Province. This is the country's first regional marketing demonstration store. Before the establishment of the store, the product marketing work in Binchang area mainly relied on sales personnel to "do it alone." The marketing model is single, the coordination and cooperation are insufficient, and the supply of products is tight, especially the lack of timely guarantee of imported parts and supporting drilling tools, which makes it impossible to fully and quickly respond to customers' requests for products. In 2021, relying on the advantages of technical products and brand influence, Xi’an Research Institute will practice the establishment of a “5S” store sales model with centralized marketing and coordinated development in the region, and set up a professional marketing team to effectively guarantee regional pre-sales and after-sales service, strengthens the connection with customers, reserves the required materials in advance, and achieves priority to ensure supply and rapid response. Currently, the sales of drilling rigs and ancillary products in this area exceed 80 million yuan. The successful trial operation of Binchang's "5S" store embodies the core philosophy of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute to take customers as the center and focus on creating value for customers.
