China's first underground high-power automatic directional drilling rig ZDY25000LDK is coming!
The ZDY25000LDK drilling rig of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. focuses on the construction design of large-diameter and ultra-long directional drilling in coal mines, which can be applied to underground advanced detection, accurate geological exploration and disaster prevention, providing equipment guarantee for "replacing roadway with hole" mining pressure relief gas drainage and panel gas regional pre-drainage. ZDY25000LDK drilling rig has a rated torque of 25,000Nm and a feed/pull-out force of 350kN, which improves the coal seam drilling efficiency by 25% and rock formation drilling efficiency by 32%. It can be equipped with multi-parameter measuring instruments while drilling to monitor in real time and dynamically during the drilling process, identify stratum changes while drilling, accurately control the drilling track, reduce the number of branch holes, and realize long-distance extension along the target stratum and accurate target hitting. New mechanisms such as rod-changing manipulator, explosion-proof control cabinet and wireless remote controller are integrated. The supporting real-time monitoring system realizes multi-dimensional and multi-scenario intra-frequency interaction with the remote information interactive platform built on the ground, so that the whole drilling process is informatized and provides basic data for the construction of transparent working face. It has obvious advantages such as automation, informatization, accuracy and large capacity. Last year, this technical equipment was selected into the List of Leading Technologies for Science and Technology Innovation in China and the Catalogue of Advanced Applicable Technologies for Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources.
