In the process of actively participating in the intelligent construction of coal mines, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute actively promotes the research and development and iteration of key technologies based on the major demand of national mine safety. A number of new technologies and equipment, such as electro-hydraulic control intelligent directional drilling rig, intelligent drilling robot system, ground emergency rescue truck mounted drilling rig and supporting technology have been innovated.
Large-power intelligent drilling equipment for underground coal mine is the star product in the exhibition. This is the result of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute closely combining with market demand and complying with the trend of unmanned and intelligent coal mining. It has many original advantages.
The electro-hydraulic control intelligent directional drilling rig was innovatively developed. The accurate, coherent and efficient control of drill pipe loading and unloading process is realized. Automation control, parameter real-time monitoring and typical fault early warning are also equipped in the drilling system, which increased the intelligent level of drill operation parameters monitoring and accident prevention treatment. The innovated explosion-proof intelligent large-power directional drilling equipment provides reliable equipment guarantee for rotary steering, geo-steering construction, and large-diameter directional drilling with "borehole replace roadway".
Electro-hydraulic control intelligent directional drilling rig
Wired geosteering while drilling measurement device and geosteering drilling technology have been developed. Real-time display, pretreatment and analysis of azimuth gamma logging data while drilling and accurate control of left and right displacement of borehole are realized to ensure the borehole track extends along the target coal seam. Geosteering drilling technology and equipment can improve drilling efficiency and coal seam drilling rate, reduce cost of directional drilling for CBM extraction, and realize a great leap of directional drilling technology in underground coal mine from "geometric guided drilling" to "precise geosteering drilling".
Rotary steerable drilling system with small diameter liquid drive was invented. Five technical bottlenecks, such as high-precision measurement of inclination angle and tool face angle under strong vibration and extraction of weak signal under large noise background, have been solved. High-precision inclination survey has been realized, which provides technical guarantee for rotary steerable tool control and drilling trajectory adjustment. Rotary steerable drilling technology can realize directional drilling while rotating, improve drilling efficiency and drilling safety, and realize the leap from "sliding directional drilling" to "rotary directional drilling".
At present, this achievement has been carried out in the field test in many coal mines such as Jincheng Coal Industry and Henan Coal Chemical Group., and achieved good results.
