On the afternoon of April 30, the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee Science and Technology Working Committee, the Secretary of the Fifth Party Branch of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Wang Jun, and the heads of relevant departments (the branch committee) and other 7 people came to Xi'an Research Institute and the Geophysical Research and Development of Xi'an Research Institute. The Central Party Branch carried out discussions and exchanges on grassroots party building work and signed a pair-building agreement. Zhao Xinan, director of the Party Committee of Xi'an Research Institute, Li Ping, secretary of the Party Branch of the Geophysical Research and Development Center, and members of the branch attended the discussion and signing ceremony.
