Large-scale mine curtain interception and green coal development technology
CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute has completed large-scale curtain water damage control projects such as Zhuxianzhuang Mine, Zhanihe Mine, and Zhangjiamao Mine based on lateral curtain interception technologies such as conventional or directional drilling grouting, underground continuous walls, and anti-seepage membranes, and has built international The largest and most technically difficult "underground long-distance mixed media suspended water interception curtain", "semi-closed trench pouring + pile hole press-in arc-shaped bottom water interception curtain", "ground drilling in fire areas next to large water bodies" "Double-position two-way diversion grouting and water-cutting curtain" has liberated a large amount of coal resources threatened by water damage, saved a lot of drainage costs, protected the ecological environment of the mine, provided a scientific development "gold and silver mountain", and effectively protected "green water" The key move of "Qingshan" provides coal science solutions for water interception and emission reduction, energy conservation and carbon reduction. Advanced regional control technology for coal seam floor aquifers
CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute focuses on directional drilling, combined with the advanced regional treatment model of radial jet supplementation, and relies on the water-blocking theory of the coal seam floor aquifer and the grouting transformation layer optimization method to explore an emerging limestone water damage prevention and control method technology: Coal seam floor aquifer advanced regional treatment technology. This technology has the characteristics of advanced exploration and treatment practice, wide spatial treatment scope, and excellent water hazard elimination effect. Since 2011, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute has begun to explore the practical application of this technology, and for the first time carried out transformation in the underground sandstone aquifer of Jiaozuo Zhaoguyi Mine and the underground Austrian ash aquifer of Hancheng Sangshuping Coal Mine. Since then, this technology has been promoted and applied in Lianghuai, Hanxing, Huanghebei, Yongcheng, Ningwu, Zhungeer, Qipanjing, Weibei, and other coal fields. Through the application of this technology, a large number of coal resources threatened by water have been liberated, and the safety of water prevention and control in coal mines has been effectively guaranteed. At the same time, this technology has revolutionized the concept of water damage prevention and control on the roof and floor of coal seams and realized the transformation from local governance to regional governance, and process governance to the source. "Five major changes" in water management, this technical achievement has been written into the "Detailed Rules for Water Prevention and Control in Coal Mines".
