On May 24, Yao Ningping (general manager), and Ji Yadong (deputy general manager) worked on the special training lectures on "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Detailed Rules for Prevention and Control of Water in Coal Mine". More than 220 people including members of the leadership team, principals of various departments, persons in charge of producing safety, and full-time safety management personnel participated.
Yao Ningping focused on "building awareness of the rule of law and realizing safe development", combining the background of the revision of the criminal law, criminal charges in the form of safety production, revision and interpretation of major safety production clauses, and relevant case analysis. Based on the "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (Eleven)", he explained the criminal offenses in the field of safety production, the violations of safety production laws and regulations, the investigation of criminal responsibility, the determination of serious consequences and serious circumstances, and the analysis of typical cases.
Ji Yadong gave a special training lecture on "Water Control Regulations in Coal Mine". Based on the successful experience and mature technology of CCTEG-Xi'an in water hazard prevention and control, combined with his own work experience and the actual situation of the mine, he gave a vivid and detailed explanation of the types of mine water hazard, the main symptoms of water hazard, mining under pressure and the prevention and control of ash water. And through the case of water disaster accident, he mainly explained the hydrogeological analysis and application skills, and the comprehensive prevention and control technology and measures of water disaster. Through the analysis of relevant cases, the guidance and suggestions on how to apply the "Detailed Rules for Water Prevention and Control in Coal Mine" for water hazard prevention and control are given.
