In order to strengthen the management of the whole process of scientific research projects, ensure the smooth implementation of scientific research tasks, and promote more achievements and higher levels of scientific research projects, from May 18th to 19th, CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute carried out "R&D Project Management" training. The training was taught by Dong Kui from Shenzhen Huacheng R&D Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
Starting from the concept and framework of R&D project management, Dong Kui systematically explained six aspects of project task book formulation, R&D project team and team building, project demand management, R&D project planning and resource channels, R&D project control and tools, etc. Combined with the research and development examples of Huawei and Great Wall Motor Company, the management situation of the research and development project of CCTEG Xi'an was analyzed.
More than 80 people including chief scientists of the group company of Xi'an Research Institute, chief scientists, experts, and scientific research backbones of CCTEG Xi'an participated in the training.
