Recently, Shaanxi Huangling No.2 Coal Mine Co., Ltd. sent a letter of thanks and a banner to CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute (Group) Corp. Ltd., to express its gratitude for its technical support in the prevention and control of gas and oil-type gas.
The Huangling mining area is a coal, oil and gas symbiosis mining area. The No.2 coal mine is located deep in the mining area. Mining faces the dual threat of coal seam gas and surrounding rock oil-type gas. Comprehensive gas control is difficult. Since 2012, Huangling Mining Group and CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute have carried out a large number of scientific research and exploration in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine around the "coordinated control of coal-oil-gas symbiotic mine gas and oil-type gas". With the joint efforts of both parties, several achievements have been achieved a series of breakthrough results. These achievements not only effectively eliminate the threats of gas and oil-based gas in mine production, but also comprehensively improve the level of mine gas control. In 2023, the two parties jointly carried out the country's first directional long drilling in medium-hard coal seams in segmented "perforation-fracturing" regional composite anti-reflection and enhanced drainage technology research. It also set a record of a single fracturing borehole length exceeding 700 meters and gas the record of a drainage volume of 2.26m³ / min and a stable drainage concentration of more than 80% provides strong technical support for the advanced and efficient drainage of the gas area of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine.
The letter of thanks is not only a testimony of the long-term win-win cooperation between CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute and Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, but also a full affirmation of the technical strength of CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute in the field of coal geological support.
